The previous week another 18 year old anarchist was sentenced to 28 days prison for his refusal to serve.
The army was shaken when 52 senior police officers refused to serve in the Palestinian Territories.

Now that the rabid conflict of States has been accentuated for the distribution of slices of the world, for the continuation of exploitation of regions known as the third world, peaceful demonstrations and marches (simply in order to do our duty) appear not only useless but also convenient in the eyes of all whose only aim in life is to subjugate humanity.
It now becomes evident that income from tax and debt relief in the poor countries, even if they have passionate or other motivation, don’t in any way stop the criminal schemes of the dominators. We consider as given that the state does not distribute the wealth that they acquire to the persons that they dominate.
For us the answer, and real solidarity to all oppressed in the world, is continued social war and daily insurrection to sabotage the plans of power in a generalised struggle against this sordid fabrication that is named State.
